The hotel created a WELCOMING environment. The idea to include coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator in the queen room was nice. As picky eaters we really enjoyed to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Palmer's Deli & Market couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

Liked the king room we had. Also, Wi-Fi was provided. Perfect place for exploring Des Moines.

That fan was missing.

wi-fi was working perfectly. pond for growth is adjacent to the hotel. moreover, it was easy to park on site.

It was 15 mins drive to the airport. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Park Street Kitchen. Tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were in the king room.

Beautiful area near to the hotel. Besides, private parking was convenient for us. It was a 4-star property in every way.

iowa events center was situated on the doorstep. downtown des moines neighborhood is worth seeing.

Great hotel with kindly personnel. Here we stayed next to Iowa Hall of Pride. Even the Des Moines International airport was not so far.
